Data Deletion
Last updated: February 24, 2026
Your data is yours. If you'd like it deleted, here's how the process works.
How to request deletion
Contact us from the email address associated with your account. Let us know if you'd like your account and associated data deleted.
What happens next
- We'll confirm your request promptly.
- If you're requesting full account deletion, we'll confirm with you before proceeding — so nothing happens by accident.
- Deletion is completed after confirmation. We follow all applicable legal requirements for data deletion — some steps take time due to backup cycles, but we keep the process moving.
- Once deleted, data cannot be recovered — which is why we always confirm with you first.
What gets deleted
Your business data, contact lists, website content, marketing materials, account settings, and associated data.
What we may retain
- Transaction records: We may retain limited billing records (like invoice totals and dates) as required for tax and accounting compliance. These don't contain your business or client data.
- Aggregated analytics: Anonymized, aggregated usage statistics that can't be traced back to your account.
Automatic deletion
- After cancellation: If you cancel your account, we hold your data for a limited period in case you want to come back. We'll do our best to let you know before that window closes. After it does, data is deleted.
- Inquiries: If you reach out but don't sign up, we won't hold onto your information. It's deleted within a short period.
